Made from plants
Corn and potato starch, plus coconut oil. Plant sugars and plant oils, nothing synthetic doing the work.
The foam
Solas foam is made from corn and potato starch and coconut oil. It is organically approved, completely biodegradable, and it is the reason hot foam holds heat where hot water loses it.
What the foam is
Water is heated on board the machine and mixed with a small amount of Solas foam concentrate. The foam clings to the leaf and holds the thermal energy in place long enough to carry it down into the root crown.
Think of hot water on a weed as tea in a mug, and the foam as a flask. Same tea, very different cooling curve. The foam does no killing itself, it simply stops the heat escaping.
